Shipping policy
We offer flat rate shipping of $7.99 & free shipping on orders over $75.00. Harper James Wax Co. will not be able to adjust or make changes to orders once they have been finalized. This includes credits, promo codes, gift card redemption and/or address changes. Please make sure you triple check all information is correct before placing your order. If you have received an email that your order has begun processing we can not cancel the order. If you place another order before your previous order has shipped please leave a note on your order to combine shipping. Shipping refunds will be issued if total shipping for all combined orders exceeds a $1 credit. We do not accept returns or exchanges however we value your feedback.
