Refund policy

We do not accept returns or exchanges. Due to the nature of our products being handmade and custom we do not offer a return policy. However, we understand that you can't smell things through the screen. We encourage you to go ahead and 'destash' them. Facebook has many groups available for the reselling of wax melts! During the Summer months (June-September) we will only be shipping orders Monday-Wednesday to ensure your package is not sitting for a long period of time in the heat. Any orders placed after Wednesday at 12pm will be shipped the following Monday. We hope you understand and apologize for any inconvenience! 

Damages and issues

Please understand that we do our best to package your order so that it arrives to you as safely as possible. However, once it leaves us anything can happen. You may receive cracked bars.. but don't worry it wont effect the scent!
